What you need
Depending on the service, you may be asked for your passport number, Emirates ID number, labour card number, the application or transaction number, or your UAE Pass sign-in.
Checking the details that affect gratuity
Open your registered contract and note two things: your basic salary and your start date. These are the figures to enter in the gratuity calculator. If the basic salary in your contract is lower than you expected, raise it with your employer before your service ends.
